Programme Overview
The Bachelor of Science in Fashion and Garment Design is a three-year undergraduate degree that allows students to investigate the aesthetics and technical aspects of the fashion and apparel industry. The program’s curriculum is intended to provide enhanced technical training through fashion design. Students are taught and refine their critical thinking and analytical intelligence skills to meet industry standards through our rigorous teaching methods.
Graduates in Fashion Design will display proficiency in Apparel Making, Designing 2D/3D, Fashion Marketing, Merchandising, Entrepreneurship Development, Textile Art, Fabric Science, etc. This industry is highly competitive, expanding, and ever-changing, requiring knowledge, abilities, and a dynamic approach. Our curriculum has been updated to reflect the latest changes in the fashion business. In addition, we have incorporated all academic and extracurricular activities for the students’ overall development.

Program Objective
- Provide knowledge about Fashion, Textile Design, and their various procedures.
- Acquire knowledge of the design process and tools required to create a successful clothing line.
- Provide hands-on experience utilising a collection of complicated technologies and softwares common in the industry today in order to develop prototype solutions to address current market demands.
- Encourage students to acquire an in-depth understanding of design, illustration, pattern-making, material investigation, visual communication, and fashion industry methods.
- Instruct students in innovative research methodologies in design and sustainability, which will be investigated in depth during the senior project.
Learning Outcomes
Graduates of the Bachelor of Science in Fashion and Apparel Design, will be able to:
- Apply the skills, processes, and behaviours of technical fashion design practitioners.
- Employ rendering, design, and computing skills to demonstrate concepts, convey design development concepts, and translate them into technical specifications.

- Industry Visits, Field trips and Excursion plans are planned according to the requirement of the curriculum.
- Study trips planned by students for their research will not be funded by the school if this is not part of the curriculum.
