Nature’s Sanctuary by Arpan A Bhansali
ARPAN A BHANSALI - BSc in Interior Design
You’ve been glued to screens all day, your eyeballs feel like burnt toast, and then you walk into Nature’s Sanctuary—a mind-blowingly chill villa whipped up by Arpan A Bhansali, the winner of The Immersive Virtual Experience Award. It’s purely nature giving you a bear hug. The whole vibe is biophilic, very fancy.
Designer Brief
The place has waterfalls dribbling inside the living room, little wisps of mist floating around imitating the inside of a slightly bougie cloud, and the earthy textures that make you want to kick off your shoes and stand there. Everything’s organic, nothing feels forced, and there’s a wild sense that the outdoors just spilt inside. Giant windows all around. The light’s soft, colours are chill, and everything you touch feels real. Not that plastic gibberish.
Every single thing here screams “pause,” and not in a lazy way, but to take a breather for once. The design’s got the minimalist, uncluttered energy that silences your buzzing brain for a second. Wood, stone, linen, and a jungle’s worth of plants—these aren’t just for looks. They’re alive, grounding you, making you remember what it’s like to exist.

It’s not just a fancy house, it’s a full-on healing zone—a place where being quiet is cool, and no one’s yelling at you to hurry up. Arpan could’ve gone full gold-plated everything, but he went for actual peace instead of showing off money. The whole joint asks you to slow down, pay attention, quit doom scrolling, and feel something.
Nature’s Sanctuary isn’t just a villa. It’s a lifestyle upgrade. It’s the universe’s way of reminding you to get your head out of your phone and back into the real, beautiful world.
