Tattva Flow by K Sejal

M.Sc. in Fashion Design Management

K Sejal’s line, Tattva Flow, which won the “Special Jury Award”, is where ready-to-wear meets higher consciousness. Chakra system-inspired, this collection converts spiritual energy into design at a ready-to-wear level, providing an immersive, emotional experience via apparel.

Every piece takes inspiration from the layered symbolism of the chakras, colours that recall the intensity of a crystal store—each colour deliberate, each tone calculated. Intricate beads and mandala embroideries are front and centre, done to breathtaking precision. This is not a fanciful costume; it’s serious artistry, upgraded with genuine beadwork and nuanced threadwork.

Sejal selects light fabrics like satin and organza—membranes that drift and shine, suggesting energy in motion. Stability is provided, reminding us of the serene strength of a meditative pose. Sheer overlay pieces provide an aura of emotional freedom, allowing each look to feel deeply personal and expressive.

Accessories pick up on the narrative, alluding to subtle chakras such as Ajna and Sahasrara, rooting the collection in spiritual storytelling without being heavy-handed. This considered angle raises the work from fashion statement to wearable ritual.

There is a history behind the serene beauty, one of difficulty, particularly in the sourcing of unusual fabrics. Yet Sejal’s passion for authenticity and minutiae never wavered. The completed collection bears out intention, imagination, and an intensely personal odyssey.

Tattva Flow is greater than style—it’s a wearable meditation. For those who wish their wardrobe to transmit energy, initiate conversation, and perhaps even perplex a judgmental aunt or two, this collection provides the ideal alignment.
